Yes, but now it really is 24, if you round all the time. Then again, it really depends on your time zone. If your in EU, its 24, when its 25 (with rounding) in NA. Personally, I'm going to be one of those people who skip the long line and go when the store first opens. Mid-day will have most everyone. I know there will be people camping outside, but you can't camp in a mall.

1) No "End of Phase 1" Service Message
2) Attempts to log in gave me a message

"Battle.Net does not recognize your version of the game client"

They were suppose to say, more about phase 2 when it got closer. So far they have said nothing. Wouldn't surprised if phase 2 was only a week long, or a couple days at the rate we are going.
