E3 2010

Anyone else following it? What are your impressions so far? What are you looking forward too.

My thought so far: Kinect is better than I thought it would be. I'm really not sold yet but their sport and adventure games look decent. I would enjoy playing those with my gf I guess. That kinectimal thing is pretty retarded though. I'd rather buy a real pet honestly. Anyways, I'm kinda disappointed by the fact that 80% of the conferences so far revolve around shooting games. Yes yes, shooting games are fun but this is really getting ridiculous. Where are my RPG? At least the new CGI trailer for The old republic was pretty sick. Dead space 2 looks also promising.

Ooh, they're showcasing Gears of War 3 gameplay. I know it's not as famous as some other shooters, but it looks amazing.

Ubisoft conference was so bad. Probably the worst thing that ever happened at E3. I mean, come on! Laser tag and some hippie stress managing game.

Agreed. Usually they keep the crazy stuff at the end of the conference. Then again the conference was pretty much over in another sense after Brotherhood. Some will argue that Driver, Rayman, Project dust and Ghost recon were also worth mentioning but I really wasn't impressed at all by those titles.
