The last E3 they only announced a release date for the game and there wasn't anything else.

This year, we already know the release date, so I highly doubt we'll hear anything out of Blizzard.

Blizzard has transcended E3.

I mean, from a PR perspective, it really is in their best interest to let hype and anticipation for any sort of new media from their game be built up just for Blizzcon...and the odd weird European thing like Dreamhack...or a WWI .

Naw. Blizzard already has a conference of their own. So there will be no need for them to go to E3. If anything, Blizzard will probably let Activision speak for them.
