I tried several times with the huge adress bar I had lke us.battle.net/?432342?LOG%T3"R/JP:/OJRP"JRP"JRP"OJ etc...
but I couldn't load the page to the KR version.

Then I just wrote :
https://kr.battle.net/account/management/

And it appeared.

IMO, this is completly random and have nothing to do with any kind of selection or beta approaching. It was probably there 3 weeks ago when korea recieved their opt-in.

Shows up for me with out doing anything. I do not have a beta key from blizzcon or a fan site contest. This probably just means that you have opt'ed in for the sc2 beta... either that or I am really really really lucky and I will be checking my email every 5 minutes for the next week.
