List some features you'd like to see in Phase 2 or Retail release that's missing at the moment.


i hope they do something about hotkeying rax... if you hotkey a rax with tech lab and one with reactor.. the ones with reactors or nothing should always produce marines by priority

i hope infested terran spell gets switched out for something to help zerg deal with tanks!

i hope you get different rankings/placements for different races!!

i hope there's a better way to browse/host custom games

i hope in game mic is improved! god people sound awful!

i hope there's completely CUSTOMIZABLE hotkeys!

i hope there's a way to watch replays with friends!

Also... I hope they add more animations to the portraits, lol clone animations...
And make the Hellion more useful.

The Lurker is NOT coming back THIS game. It is possible that it will come back in heart of the swarm.

Maybe Lurkers will be Tier 3 units in HOtS alongside ultras with humungous size and CRAZY massive LoS splash damage to ground. Kind of like a Colossus for Zerg :P

And people will just rush to Hive tech in mid game JUST to get 1 of these bad boys

Same. What's nice about 3D though is that a lot of improvements can be made through simple shaders or other newer technologies, so hopefully we'll see a large graphical upgrade with one of the expansions ala Company of Heroe's "Gold Edition".

One thing that really gives some of the units a very "fake" feeling is the amount of scaling that goes on. Spikes and such with Zerg will expand and stretch as if they're rubber, when they're very clearly supposed to be solid bone. In the bigger picture, it's relatively unnoticeable, but there's this subconscious feeling of "rubber/toy" going on because of it.

LOL, i just have to comment. I read this a lot.

They ARE making the game for money. They made SC1 for money too.

On topic, I agree with the OP. The game needs at least 3 of what was stated to be at least a 9/10.
