Blizzard: Can still use editor during downtime

Just a quick note that use of the map editor will still be possible when beta phase-one ends (June 7) and the servers are down, but map publishing will obviously not be possible.

Me too, the full editor is going to be really fun with all the campaign units included. But I'll beat the campaign first before messing with the editor.
