Considering how long Blizz betas usually last, even the very end will be plenty of time.

Um, a cracked beta client isn't going to do much for you, you'll still need a key to do anything with it.

Ermm... don't know how to break this to you but... The results are out.

Though seriously, there are plenty of fansites that are hosting beta key contests. Often times it's really easy to apply, and some sites are actually just hosting simple lotteries. You should definitely try to apply wherever you can to increase your chances.
