Publishing Function Broken?

The publishing function looks to be still active as I saw new maps in the custom games area. Anyways, when blizzard first allowed you to publish your maps, I tried to publish one of mine. It wanted me to log in into my battle.net account. I attempted to do so, but when I clicked connect, my message box said that the connection with battle.net was lost. I tried several times after with same result. I would like to confirm this as a bug, or if I'm doing something wrong with it.

Edit: Nvm. I didn't do everything.
