Well, I'm pretty sure Predators is pretty stand alone and seeks to revive the Predator franchise, so I don't think they're worried if you've never seen the AVPs (which I think sucked anyhow). So, it'll have a fresh start like the original Predator, though obviously easily attracting fans of the Predator franchise.

A good trailer movie with action will be enough to attract the young'uns.

That's the only movie that I would actually go see. Looks promising. I also like the main actor since he was pretty good in the pianist.

Other than that, I'd go see toy story 3 but the kids in the room would ruin the experience so no thanks. The sorcerer's apprentice looks ok but I'd just wait for it to be release on dvd. Same thing for avatar and predator.

I didn't think the opinion I expressed of Avatar in my Poll thread would have left any doubt in anyone's mind that Avatar sequels would be on my must-see list.

Totally forgot they finally secured distribution for it. Will definitely watch it if it will be out in cinemas here. What I've seen of it so far is very intriguing (wisely staid away from the trailers and reviews too, so it should be fun).
