Yeah. That's the most direct counter. Though unlike cloaked units, you don't need detectors to hit them arbitrarily.

Love the effort you put into these mr.peasant. Have you had any ideas for DP abilities that are related to resources, unit production, base building, research or any other base centered activity?

This is a very cool idea with quite an impressive potential (or in other words, it's just plain fun to mess with your opponents' minds). The only problem with it that I can see is that it makes the use of detectors pretty much mandatory to effectively counter any Protoss strategy.
