Blizzard has confirmed that they have new sound resources coming in after the break. This is just in preparation. In other words: Temporary.

Damn, I never expected them to do this, but they made away with the orange, subdued the colours and toned down the neon glow. It actually fits the StarCraft art style now (and looks good to boot!).
