Bad kid Terran players can do this all they want, it doesn't make it any less a loss for them.
Are you fucking dense? This isn't about Terrans lifting to drag out the game. It is about Terrans lifting to force a stalemate. It pertains to games where the opposition lacks the resources/ability to EVER attack air over un-passable terrain. It has nothing to do with games where a Terran lifts off to delay his anguish.

A good example is when a P and a T trade bases. The T has buildings over water and the P has an army hunting buildings down. The P has no Nexus/Probes/Minerals, so what he currently has is all he will ever have. The P has NOT won, neither has the Terran.
If you don't have a Beta key and would like to play SC2 against computers, PM me. Don't ask me anything in posts. The AI that is out for the computers is fun and challenging. Give it a try to ease the pain of watching others play and not being able to play yourself.

Holy cow! You guys need to calm down. In no way shape or form have you won if your opponent has buildings in the air and you can't attack him.

Say you've got an army of zealots but no resources or probes to mine with and can't attack the floating buildings. OH but wait! Your opponent has 2000 mins/gas but can't set down long enough to build a big enough army. I'd bet most of yo think you still deserve the win. YOU DON'T!

    Terran flying building FTW!

A problem with the draw option is that people might beg for a draw because they done want to lose, Then eventually it will become annoying

I think the better option is to have a force quit. After the 20 minute mark, any player at any time can hit a button that forces a 3 minute countdown. If no units are produced or buildings are erected in that time, the game stops, and the person with the higher score wins. Because you can't see your score in-game, its a gamble to press the button too.

Terran lifts off to massive zerglings after his banshees take out hatchery then die to spore crawlers, both players out of money, STALEMATE!

Man I really hit a nerve in here. I didn't know people were so sensitive. Go have an appletini, watch the sex and the city 2 trailer and calm down.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
