well,i got my beta key and add the game in my battle.net account
i have a starcraft 2 beta downloaded,installed,patches installed...

but when i enter the game and log in it says that i don't have a copy of sc2 on my battle net account

but i have it
what can i do?

you have the diffrent version installed than your key is assigned for
Example: I have the US version installed and my key is for EU, there is a region version conflict
I know it's a pain in the ass but you will need to download the proper version for your region where your key is assigned for

Give it some time. When I installed the beta on my account it took about a half hour (I think) before I could actually log in.
