Jabber, you are such a noob. God created the universe 4000 years ago when he made Adam and Eve ride dinosaurs. All we need to do is go to manage account on battle.net, add the US version to our account for free, then at the login screen in-game there's a "Region" button, and it has the SEA and NA options, so after doing the setup on your battle.net account it becomes the same as their other games. No additional download was required.
