... This is why you never fight on even bases lol, you should always have +1. Generally I sit at the natural expanding of the P base to stop expansion and have 1 ling at all the others.

Its always i macro fight, he tries to expand i try to stop it, and it generally comes down to that. I have a good match up with ZvP, roach/hydra is pretty solid, even with some senties.

If he's using "some" Sentries, hes doing it wrong. You want almost a 1/1 ratio of Zealot/Sentry for this. In a group of 20 units the P should have 10 Chargelots, 7 Sentries and 3 HT.

After reading the title again I feel that i've mis-posted. I normally dont fight P with HT, ever, i keep alot of pressure that they go with zealots/sentry/stalker, versus my roach/hydra.

Indeed, if you had a HT in the mix i would be out classes without an infestor or maybe a insane amount of roaches.

If i were to counter this, i would have to get burrow for my roaches and get a lot of roaches, and try to start a fight where i can pincer you, other than that, a straight up fight will mean a loss.

A lot times i can fix a fight like that with broodlord... but they are just too hard to tech too with out seeing carriers/VR in the fight as well... I do miss my lurker... but i guess the same goes for P with reavers =\

I feel if you are a zerg and you let a P get to a HT, the game is highly stacked against the Z.

I'm a zerg plat player on both 2v2 and 1v1. I can tell you P is my hardest match mainly because early game (tier 1) P dominates Z and there isn't much Z can do.

Cybernetics core unlocks tier 2 and 2 gateway units making P very good at countering Z early game.

The same in any other map, camp at natural, and i normally expand high yield or my natural as well, i keep an OL at the opponents rock as well for anti-backdoor. The chokepoint in IZ is very easy if you block that single point, your opponent cant expand anywhere.

Replay up. Admittedly, this Zerg player sucked badly. But it shows just how simple and effective Zealot/Sentry is. I was teching HT but didn't even need them. And yes, I know I scouted late, because I simply wasn't worried he might be a good player when he kept attacking me with clearly inferior forces.

    FF should cost 75 energy.

You need it early though. decreasing its time from 15 to 10 would be a more viable solution.
