I tried Amazon, they don't ship SC2 2 Israel (darn!)

The way I remember it WarCraft III was released overehere the same day as in the States. Can't see why should it be any different for StarCraft 2.

If you really want to pre-order, I think you should be able to do it at Bug.

I forgot about pre ordering some time ago, when I realized that my country is 'out of range/will'. We'll just have to get it the old-fashioned-way
The biggest e-game importer in my country will do fine. I'll have it the same day anyway.

For those wanting balance: I expect a first release patch no sooner than 1 month later. Possibly even later. Now in beta it's mostly about skill juggling and raw balance, fine tuning can't happen at this fast change rate.
I mean, next patch will get an Ultra and an Overseer skill change. They also mentioned replacing infested Terrans. And we tap out in 2 weeks. So yeah, this will be it.

Any REAL big changes will come in the first expansion after they had a lot of time studying stuff. So come on, release, I wanna see some campaigning

There will be a fairly significant patch on day 1. I guarantee it.
