be more specific.
are you sure its videos you are downloading and not acutal replays? - you need the game to view replays.
I am an enthusiast of good strategy games, sc2Esports and rollplay, although i dont really play anything atm.
I work an internship at a government agency this fall, and have a good time at it.
I'm being more social, active and honest lately. in all forums.

Man, are you sure those are videos?
Check the file extension. If it is indeed a video, then you need to install the corresponding codec (try downloading something like the K-Lite Codec Pack).
If the file extension is not .avi nor .flv nor mp4 nor anything like that but it's
.SC2Replay then I'm afraid it's not a video, it's a replay and you need the game to open it and replay it.

file extension: .sc2replay = Its NOT A VIDEO its a replay.
no video is 75kb small.
so if you have the beta client, yuo open it with that, to view the replay, if not, ou cant view it.
replays are made out of recorded game-info (which doesnt take much space) , not recorded video feed (which takes much more space)

If you do have the client, go to Documents/StarcraftII/Replays and create a folder titled "Multiplayer" if there isn't one already, and place the files in there. Then, open the client and go to the replay section, which has a symbol of a camera and it should be under Multiplayer.
If you don't have the beta client and are not aware of this, there are many excellent professional SC2 replays on Youtube, broadcasted by many different SC2 experts or fans. You can download these as videos if you want, or just watch them through Youtube so you don't waste space on your comp.
