Considering the number of changes the ability called "Time Bomb" has gone through, that doesn't explain what it does.Temporal Rift = Time Bomb

It's the Time Bomb ability from the original Protoss Reveal trailer of the mothership.
Makes a big bubble that makes projectiles slow/stop and prevent damage to the unit(s) inside.

Well the last version of time bomb they talked about slowed down movement and attack speed.

If HTs got now 'Time Bomb' they will be pretty overpowered, since you need to have Dark Archons and Hts in SC BW to do what you can do now with just HTs![]()

They were trying to reduce "give energy to units" spam.
Not only can you not build them anywhere you want (at the very least you have to build a pylon first, and that means waiting for the pylon to warp in, and that probably means you have a probe sitting around for some time doing nothing ... or warping in photon cannons, maybe) but it doesn't give you free psi while you're doing so.
