Starcraft 2 beta not Starcraft 2

I read in the PC Gamer that the beta isn't the 'real' Stagecraft 2 campaign, meaning that there could be, for example, Goliath's in the campaign but they couldn't be balanced for the multiplayer. What are you're thoughts on this?

As far as I know, there are many special units that will appear in the single-player and Galaxy Editor that will be unavailable for standard melee games. You'll still be able to use these units in custom maps, etc.
