i would make a tournament but im still in school and im pretty sure a tournament making would take a lot of time which i can not do a lot

Eh, a tournament is easy to do if you find the people, problem is most people wont be motivated to participate without a prize.
And for copper/bronze there will be a lot of cheating if there is one, or even just straight out playing and advancing in ladder right before the tournament.

As a previous member of BOTH of those leagues I find this remark highly insulting. This isn't T:L, we're more laid-back and into having fun around here.

I was planning on organizing separate tournaments for the separate leagues and having a monthly "Best Of" feature. Perhaps I can see what the response would be.
