How about if you are terran? Should you get a reactor core and rush marines?

The only real way save a bunker rush to hurt a zerg early with terran is to do a early hellion runby, they usally have roaches there waiting for your hellions - which is fine! Thats why you made them to force him into hellions. Follow it up with maraduers to counter his roaches and you might be able to win there.
Or you could get a starport and drop those hellions in his base to annoy him. Or get a banshee after those first few hellions.

From the zergs perspective i ahve gotten more careful vs protoss; i dont see a huge benefit in getting that 2nd hachery up mondo-early anyway, so i carefully scout for any early 2-gate and react acordingly; getting 3-4 roaches before expanding ... if i see a harder tech ill ratehr expand a bit sooner and go for ling + maybe bane + lair.
vs terran, as poined out, early marine pressure is rarely a problem. vs good terran oponents, its all about fending off harass by reaper / helion / banshee without overreacing o taking too much damage. its not unommon that they do all 3.
I am an enthusiast of good strategy games, sc2Esports and rollplay, although i dont really play anything atm.
I work an internship at a government agency this fall, and have a good time at it.
I'm being more social, active and honest lately. in all forums.

In this instance I don't think you have much to lose. The Queen probably won't be at the expansion, and there's a good chance you'll have enough to fend off any lings they'll have. At the very least you'll be able to stop the expansion. My experience has been that players of all races will cancel the early expand as soon as they see units.

ZvZ - If on a small map with just one starting position I love to go 7 Pool. If he isn't ruining his economy in the same way, your lings will take care of this.
PvZ - Not that effictive. Early Voidray, or Immortal is pretty much win garanty.
TvZ - Not really a rush, but in 4 Games using this strat I didn't loose. Wall off, Wall of Rax + 2 Rax + reactor, spam marines until you got a nice little "Ball". Marine Ball takes care of anything, and he won't have enough banelings, because once he sees you walled off he probably will expand or tech.
Well, that what I played so far, but its just my second day and I am still ruling my bronze legaue![]()

I normally go for speedlings and banelings, if he is fast teching to hellions, you might bust through the wall in before he gets enough to slow you down. but generally you should have the terran by the balls if your rushing them, I dont have problems getting in a terran base as much as i used too.
I do build a roach warren in case i do get creamed, but you need to put pressure on before you get a FE.
