As long as the AoE is a reasonable size, say 1-2 radii (note: I dont know the correct hex units, but make it so it only effects the adjacent unit, nothing like a like PsiStorm AoE), the AoE shouldnt be a bad thing. Also, when you have an AoE ability like the, the usefulness is dimished when AoE's overlap (so long as effect is not cumulative), unless the player micros the attack to economise the AoE.

    ...

Marauders aren't Archons... stop trying to make them into them.

Marauders are waaay too powerful right now. If I go head to head with a mixed Zealot/Stalker army vs MM with stim/slow, even with a few sentries in the mix, I get blown out of the sky. Blink is slightly too far away, and Zealot legs don't do shit.

I have even played a guy who SCOFFED at me telling me that Marauders COUNTER zealots!!

    Are you fucking kidding me?

I love it when Blizzard changes things that absolutly no one was complaining about...
Right. Because Blizzard should be changing things that people are complaining about, rather than using their own data.

Sentries keep the Marauders from kiting you. Sentries stop a lot of the M&M damage.

Maybe your problem is your army, not Marauders.

I'm not much of a map maker, but I definitely want to take a crack at it when the map editor comes out!
