Or sins of the solar empire.

An empire rebuilding Protoss Caimpaign would be so awesome. Something with large scale emphasis and 4X (explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate) gamplay.

That would be so realistic and seems fun.

I mean makes more sense that, for example, marines being trained in a barracks. Where do they come from? You can train them indefinitevly as long as you have supply? Doesn't the Barracks get exhaused? Limited troops would make you value more micro over macro...

What I would like to see:

    5th Protoss air unit, AoE.

    4th Factory unit, caster.

    New Hydralisk and Mutalisk evolutions.

Interesting idea with the Protoss, something like a Corsair (small but fast fire AoE) or something like Valkrie (large but slow AoE)?

Never would imagine a Factory caster...I though of something like a vehicle that had abilities like a Far Strike (like a Siege Tank shot) or Infantry Cover (like an AoE channeling attack)...dunno, just some weird ideas

And about the mutations makes sense getting them but any idea of what those mutations do?

I have tons of ideas. Most aren't very fleshed out. Ultimately any new units need to cover weaknesses or fill new roles.

All the races lack an AoE AA this time around (barring the classifications of Raven Seeker Missile and the Carrier).

A Factory-level caster is just one of the more interesting things they could add for the Terran.

And honestly I'd like a strong GtA morph for the Hydralisk, prefer the name Basilisk. And the Mutalisk thing is more for nostalgia, I'm upset with the Corruptor becoming the Brood Lord.

2 new units per race with abilities/upgrades and etc for the first expansion. I hope they won't bring any old units back though. We want new stuff!

For the 2nd expansion, I expect a new mechanic per race or a new map feature(by map feature I mean like a xel-naga watch tower but something new) that would somehow change the gameplay a bit.

Like high-yield vespene geysers? Or something more like what TFT brought to WC3 (like Taverns)

What I figure is, the Dominion and the UED had at least a hundred soldiers on ice, stacked up in neat little rows of cyro tubes. They're defrosted on command, and they have enough to get the job done.

Would like to see veterancy and/or units retained over the campaign, like what was done in CoH:OF.

Something like what TFT brought in a starcraft context I guess. Could be anything really. Maybe factions to chose from within the races or something.

I expect multiplayer additions to just be like Brood War - new units, new upgrades, and maybe new buildings. :]
