Well for one thing VOIP in a singular program is obviously far superior than VOIP tacked onto a beta game.

If you're entire business logic relies on good voice communication, obviously you'll have spent a lot of time on it. Blizz' business logic depends entirely on Battle.net operation and game optimization, VOIP was just a extra feature they decided to add therefore probably the last thing worked on.

It'd be nice to know what exactly about the voicechat that you don't like. For me the audio quality just totally blows. However, that doesn't really bother me much. What bothers me is how it will stop working every other game
