It would take quite some time to shift-queue that, or an insane apm and really good aim (like some of boxer's mass lockdowns in sc1, which as far as i know has only happened what? 2-3 times in pro matches out of thousands of games by now?), definitely not overpowered at all. Unlikely to happen, and a huge amount of near impossible work to accomplish it. not to mention that ghosts counter rines and 10 ghosts is certainly equal to or greater in cost than 50 rines (considering high gas cost), and you are very unlikely to have 10 ghosts sitting around in tvt and I don't think you'd get that much in tvz either (the only other matchup were i have seen snipe used, and you need more than 1 snipe to kill most things).
So yeah its strong, but there is no chance of that being overpowered, no more so than lock down was in sc1 (and even then snipe is useful against even fewer things than lock down was and is certainly no where near as useful :P)

Exactly. So I'm going to go on a limb and say this thread was being sarcastic in its title sense.
I'm curious how -exactly- that is done though. I seem to have trouble shift queuing Instant Target-clicked abilities like Snipe and 250mm Cannons.
