Is voice acting final?

Does someone know if the current voice-acting is final? It's ages away from SC1 voice acting.

Compare any Protoss voice with that of the Arbiter. The Protoss sound very relaxed now, compared with their SC1 counterparts. They used to sound fierce and powerfull. A lot of emphasis was put on the speech. Now they sound like they have high-dose sedation, or something like that.

They say nothing is final, however, I doubt they'd change too much.

Some voice are probably gonna change when that big patch in April comes around, but I'm not sure how much. They did confirm they're at least changing the adviser for the zerg. Forgot where they said that, but it will change.

If the voices are THAT terrible, someone will probably make a patch for putting the old voices in SC2. Not that hard, I bet I could do it if i cared enough.

Voice acting is sadly final. I've heard this from Chris Sigatsy in an interview he did after beta was released.
He said something like, its final, though we still might come back if somethings is really broken.

This to me, seems like its 100% final. If they are to change some voices, the community would really really have to be vocal about it.

Protoss needs to be worked. Seems the current voices just sound like coming from someone in the bathroom or something like that.

Yea, you're right - I think they said it in an open interview via Twitter.
That voice was easily the worst... But the others could use some improvement too.
Unfortunetly, it looks like they are final (at least if they're still planning to release the game this summer).
