Yeah, i suppose the eula is just the generic "for everyone" deal.

A pity the rest of the world cannot go to an internet cafe to play.

Ya know, that would be a REALLY big boost to the internet cafe market in america. Compared to other countries, they haven't really expanded in America. I'm sure every one of those cafes would be thanking the money gods if this happened.
