Part of the problem is that you've got things like this working against you.

that is a diffrent story and alot of you guys won't find out what really happened, I am mentioning this fact on purpose just to make you guys think before you question my motives
but I would change the way things went: for me good, for others in a very bad way - as I said already, it's better to be an asshole sometimes than being good and naive

Yea, there's always the thought of punching someone right in the face without consecuenses.

But just as a thought as well:

If someone somehow gave you the chance to punch everyone you ever wanted, with no future consecuenses; but at the same time all the people that want to punch you would do so, with no future consecuenses...

And yea I like the point where you state I'm the newbi in his attempt to save the world.

Oh and there's a difference between being an asshole and having principles BTW. So try to stick to the second one for now, it just feels better and it looks better.

from all the convo's we had I really thought that you will need a beta key just to cheer you up, cause all the time you were talking about how you are unlucky in some terms of life (didn't want to bring this up here) and if I would have an extra key, I would give it to you in the first place even though DS was on my prior list... funny how I thought that I will get keys for giveaway contests and for friends giveaways... in the end I am the one without the key

As I said before, I don't mean to seem rude or mean, I'm just saying why I think people didn't vote for you. The only reason I didn't vote for you was because I hadn't talked to you in a long time and the last thing you told me about StarCraft was that you weren't buying it and didn't care about it. I never remembered anything about buying it for single player, only that you didn't care about it. Therefore, even if I had remembered you, I wouldn't have voted for you.

And I have never ever believed that I deserved a key, no matter what was happening be it becuase I'm a moderator or because I am usually very sad. The only reason I accepted the key was because it was coming from a friend. And think of it this way, if you did somehow get a key, at least you didn't get it just because you are a moderator. That's the only reason I got one and I know it. If I had not been a moderator I doubt I would have been nominated. I'm not a good community person if you refer to that as someone who "participates in the community, tries to help out others, has a good mood, doesn't cause trouble". More so for the first three than the last. Most people didn't even know who I was if only because I tend to lurk around the forums - if only because I'm naturally a very shy person with very low, almost non-existant self-esteem hence why I rarely post anything that involves an opinion or anything similar to that.

I would never vote for someone just because they were from BlizzForums. That seems a little unfair. I refuse to vote for people just because I know them, because they are popular, because they were on another forum that I went to, or because they expect me to etc. I will vote only if I know how they have helped the forums, those that I know are good community members not from other people's words but because I believe so, etc.

Anyways, I'll stop ranting for now and leave it at this: Don't expect people to do things for you but hope for the best. If I get a beta key from the invite, I will contribute to this thread.

sure I would accept it, because it would show how many people hates me and dislikes me

well not here, but at other places and after beta started I saw many people turning their back on me like I did something wrong. Hell for 3 years I wasn't expecting anything in return, just a smile on someone's face and few months ago I wanted a key for my achivements not because I beg for it or whatsoever and if people didn't mention me in this thread a single time I take this as a very big offence.
