Can you find me a statistic? Or even a single article expressing the views of a single pro gamer that is up to date with patch #5?
Protoss are definitely the weakest right now, because of marine/scv rushes forcing them to go early forge of 50% of the maps.

It's ZvZ, lol. I like the Zerg's initial setup though, double Extractor cancel and very early pool.
As for Smuft, It's just that Smuft probably said that during patch 3, when 3 gate was the bees knees. Now, it's patch 5 and it doesn't matter anymore. This discussion won't matter once patch 6 comes out, but I want to see something done about it in the patch 6 notes and see where it goes. It's not like PvZ is the only MU dominated by Roaches either. ZvZ is pretty much Roach/Hydra and Roach/Muta atm.
I am trying to transcend the "Hey I'm a Protoss player so I'm going to call things out when they don't go my way and you're a Zerg player so you're going to be dismissive of complaints of things being too easy for you."
We can make a wager. I'll play you as Zerg and I'll do what I think is a solid Roach/Muta build, and you can do whatever you think is the perfect counter to that and see what happens. I don't Zerg much anyway but it'll be fun. I've played like 2 games as Zerg... but at least I've seen like every permutation possible for Oversky's Roach build. My sn is mitchmonster.mitchmonster. I'm no scrub with toss at least, I got my friend placed in silver by making his 0-4 turn into 6-4.

Yes.... I am sure that Protoss are already the weakest race with patch #5 where they need ~25 more seconds to upgarde Warp Gates that are imbalanced as hell, oh come on, please..."All top players"

Protoss are definitely the weakest right now, because of marine/scv rushes forcing them to go early forge of 50% of the maps.
That scv/Marine rush is all-in Rush, after it Terran is pretty much screwed, so if you defend vs. it, even if you have only 1 viable strategy, use it!
In last patch Protoss didn't change at all, and yes many Protoss players said that Protoss are currently the strongest race. Blizzard said that Terrans are down in 1v1, and than Legionnaire said that WGs are broken as hell, than after winning 3 - 0 vs. OverSky, First in his division Protoss player(forgot the name) made an Article where he said that PvZ is broken in P's favor.
If you are to lazy to read all those articles, then you can still live in impression that Protoss are the weakest.

1. possible counter to early terran rush is putting assimilators on their gas- for no gas no reactors or orbital command
2. after cc is made should consider getting a twlight council as fast as possible
for blink or charge, both would force enemy to change game plan

Btw the only thing that really sux for protoss is the separate buildings needed for DTs and HTs ,i mean where the hell did that came from? In Sc2 they even both morph into Archon,but requaire separate buildings to build....really stupid...I think that's the only 'flaw' in toss gameplay,And i don't think Robo+bay is always better than Templar archives+council,I mean you need Twilight council for charge or blink anyway....And vs terran M&M&M psi storm is better,because they usually have few vikings in the air ready to take down your expensive collosi...

Oversky made that article prior to patch 5#. Second, you simply cannot defend against the terran all in on half of the maps unless you put a forge down, in which case they just don't rush and leave you at a 150 tech disadvantage.
Also, were not even talking about PvZ, which is statistically balanced.

And the person that I replied to said that Protoss are the worse race right now, so I just pointed out. And OverSky didn't make that Article, it was some Protoss player, but maybe OverSky made article too, I didn't see it.
