I don't think that Blizzard would stop any non-profit project, unless it goes against morals, or something really severe.

Hell, they even said that you can charge for maps in Battle.net. As long as you distribute with BN, so they share the profit, you can surely even charge for the SC/BW remake.

They said they will allow professionally done mods to be sold. The mods they're talking about would have to be completely custom, with custom art and sound. They aren't going to let you sell a SC1 mod.
