Do you even know how long it takes to get a colossi or a HT with storm?

And i've actualy been pylon warp rushed three times alredy in my base, and i always won (it's not that hard to spot a probe going in a corner of your base), everytime i just ignored the pylon (so he thought i didn't see him) and i didn't destroy it, cuzz i actualy wanted him to warp units in. You just build defencive units (you are alredy rushing marines) and atack at the right time , and kill all his units that he alredy warped in and the pylon (it's a masacre for the P ). And after that you have a huge advantage over him, any you can go straight to an counteratack, and kill him of with ease.

Ok, well either you're the greatest SC2 phenom in history, or you're playing against crappy Protoss. All the top players, including the top Koreans in the beta can't stop the proxy warp gate rush.

Also, you say you "mass marines", then you change and say you" marine rush". Which is it? Are you on the US servers? I'd like to play you to see how easy this game really is for you.

As far as Colossi and HT "taking forever", are you really under the impression that Protoss can't stop a Marine only rush? I mean, Photon Cannons. Sentries with Force field, maybe even a couple Stalkers. It's not Rocket Science, and mass marines isn't as good as you think it is. Sorry, but it's true.

My theory is you are just playing complete rookies. What's your 1v1 league and rank?

Yep guardian shield with zealots will win,and does anybody heard of a thing called micro :? I actually get suprised when somebody looses a high priced units so easily to a bunch of cheap ones,i mean if you see his hydras go for your thors what prevents you from pulling the thor back and let the hydras get crushed while chasing?...That's the way to do it with the sentry,As you say you use stim well zealots attack fairly fast and will quickly slay your low hp marines while you try to take out the sentry which is constantly being pulled back and forth??? And even if you focus one of it do you really think it will be only one supporting the zealots? You try this do the second,third,etc and by the time you realise you are out of marines

Proxy 3 gate is not that good frankly lol

Specially after both patches - I will just wall in my base, and repair o.0 and then rip him apart when my push comes.

And theres not excuse for a pylon being made inside your base, your first marine should be killing that probe and then the pylon!

Now PvP on the other hand...... is kinda a joke atm haha



Note: Thats not to say that it cant win games, but its kinda hard to bust a terran with just zealots -- the immortal rush is much more deadly since immortals completely rip buildings apart, though I usally have 1-2 ghost by then ;d

to counter mass marines you use sentrys and colosses
just forcefield the ramp and colosses kill all beyond it

Proxy warp gate isn't viable anymore, and it was never super good against terran anyway, mainly used for PvP and PvZ. Its still effective against them.
