Well since you can put 255 on a single hotkey you can probably select 255 right, I mean, if hotkeys overwrite each other (I'm assuming they still do).

Interesting.... because im pretty sure i never said you could have three separate group #1s... mattII just assumed that's what i meant so i dont see how i have it wrong...Jabber Wookie has it wrong.
You can arrange subgroups within a group, but you can't have three separate group #1s.
Anyways, as demo said, i meant additional "pages" within each control group, i just termed it sub-group when i should have said pages. I thought it was still pretty clear what i meant

To clarify:
If you select a large group of units of different types, you use the TAB key to cycle through them.
Example: I have my marines, medivacs, and tanks. I select them all and hit ctrl+1 to make them my number 1 control group. Then when I hit 1, I hit T to stim my marines, then press Tab and E to siege my tanks.
Whatever that dude was talking about with pressing 1 more than once to access different groups is completely wrong. Double pressing 1 will center your screen over the control group.
