Hm, random question for all of you. Have you ever witnessed an event so memorable in any game that made you choke up or shed a tear? Or outright cry? If so what was the game and what happened?

The way they make you fight to get to the altar where the woman is but you can't ever get there no matter how long you hold forward, it just really gave you that hopeless feeling.

I haven't played a game that's emotionally moved me in a long, long time, if ever, which is a shame. The closest I can think of is Dead Space, which induced hyperventilation.

That game made me jump 8 times. Never has a game or movie scared me so.

Mass Effect 1 ending was so freaking awesome, same goes for second one.
Dead Space made me jump alot of times.

For me I had three moments where I got close to shedding a tear...Where a character sacrificed himself in World in Conflict, where a character got sniped unexpectantly when they were shaking hands after such animosity because of their race in Valkyria Chronicles and when poor Octacon had his heart broken once more in Metal Gear Solid 4. Yep.
