    Dark Templar
    Arbiter
    High Templar 1
    High Templar 2

When it comes to SC2.com, the only 2 units I think sounded better before are the Mothership and Zealot. The Immortal might sound a little... off, but at least it sound protoss now. The old voice sounded a bit WarCrafty to me.
The Stalker actually sounds a lot better to me now than before, and the Phoenix too. The void ray is ok, the change is appropriate.

But I agree with you on the idea that a lot of these voice sound thrown together for the beta.

Hmm... I actually LIKE a lot of the new voices.

I think the following are really good (from what you linked):
Zealot, Dark Templar, Mothership, SCV, Marine, Thor

I think the SC2 Terran Advisor sounds better too. It sounds more appropriate for the job, and it's actually kinda sexy. >.>

As for the Zerg, I think the Hydra and the Muta sound good. Muta's especially, I think have a much better voice for what they are. If you hear a shriek like that far in the distance before they come into vision, you can really imagine the goosebumps down your back.
The hydra, I think CERTAIN PARTS sound better than SC1, in particular, the middle voices with the 'hissing', which sound like a high quality version of the SC1 hissing.
    -edit-
WHOOPS! And the ghost. I love the new ghost voice. It still has that attitude, but you can also hear his past, almost. They went through a lot of crap in their training to become a ghost, and it makes sense to be for them to have the tone they have, like they'll serve, but they're not too happy about it, like they want to get back at you. Plus the sadistic lines, AWESOME! <3

Most of the new sounds are fine by me. I think one thing making these sound not as good is that they are somewhat less intense. When it comes to illustration, caricatures and sounds, the more realism you inject, the harder it is sometimes to actually relate to it or recognize it. Caricatures, on the other hand, are often easier to recognize. I think there's much more realism in some of these, though others are just over the top.

I'm content with most of the Protoss and Zerg, though I loath the Void Ray's voice acting. My only real complaints rest with the Zergling -- but we're all thinking the same with that one -- and the Hydralisk. The new Hydralisk sounds much more like the old Lurker. I don't want it to be exactly like the old Hydralisk, but the older one conveyed the sense of being a predator more, since it sounded somewhat like a leapord or other big cat. I just want a middle ground.

Also, the old Immortal voice should come back -- I can scarcely understand Old Man Geezer McStilts-Walker.
    Aaand sold.

Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow

    Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?

The road's goal is the Origin of Being
But be wary through what thickets it winds.

I find most of the new voices terrible. Most Protoss sounds are way to human and lack the emotional subtle power Protoss had in SC1.

Archon should sound relaxed. Yet in his relaxed (ascended) state you should feel he is a huge ball of energy just through the voice.

Zealot should feel very powerful. Right now its nothing special.

Stalker/Immortal need more effects and distortion. Right now its like hearing a really grumpy human talking.

Mothership sounds horrible. Its like an airplane hostess speaking to the passengers. Just terrible.

The Zerg are horrible. Especially the main voice, its cancer-inducing.

    Terran are the best.

The main Zerg voice(not any of the unit voices) sounds creepy and I mean creepy as in child molester creepy. I liked the old voice more but blizz does what they want so...

The problem with the Overmind's voice is that it is too awesome. The voice is supposed to be your advisor where as its (his?) voice always sounded as though he was bossing you around. The current one definitely suits the subservient role it's meant to play.

Scorpio, do you like anything in this game? Seriously, given a majority of your posts, I have to wonder why you're even here sometimes.

Hmm... I actually LIKE a lot of the new voices.
    I have to agree here.

Enough has been said about the Zerg Adjutant, I guess, so I guess my only complaint on Zerg is that many of the voices sound too similar - I guess that might be something that'll take some time, but for now, the only really distinct voice is the Roach.

I think all the Terran voices work, and while there are a few Protoss voices that need some do-overs, the majority seem pretty ready.

    1100 posts...yay me!

Can't really speak for Zerg or Toss yet... for Terrans I think it's pretty hit-and-miss.

I love SCV, like Marine, Siege Tank, Thor and Viking, and the rest are just OK.

Reaper and Ghost make the same jokes, which is pretty lame. I love the Clint Eastwood refs in the Ghost and wish they'd just done a lot more of that for him. Marauder and Battlecruiser are too silly... and the Hellion... well, they don't even attempt to hide that it's WC3's Gyrocopter actor. I guess it's all right.

But the Zerg Adjutant needs to be exterminated. Pronto.
