If I'm not mistaken, opt-ins are simply added to your account without an email right?

This Email I received tonight is a carbon copy of the one I got from the first wave due to the Blizzcon 08 Card. With a different key code of course.

Some people seem to get it, but it makes me wonder how many of them were actually got it from opt-in.
