They sound incredibly weak, and amateurish. Zealot seems to be emphasizing completely wrong parts of his speech.
like "my LIFE... FOR... auir"
And some of the native language tones just sound stupid. Completely missing the very raw and predator like original Protoss native language.
And wtf is up with Mothership, why is its portrait a stupid crystal?

They sound too monotonous, and totally lack feeling. They should sound excited, not relaxed. Specially the most basic combat units.

most of them sound similar. There should be different variety in their voices, like sounding weird, serious, badass, arrogant, etc.

I can definitely agree with that. Quality is okay (aside from a tad over-eagerness on adding effects for the Immortal). However, aside from the Immortal, most of the other characters lack a personality; especially compared with the Terrans where each unit has their unique quirk and fit a certain stereotype through their lines. This could work for the Protoss as well. For instance, the Zealot would easily fit in the mold of the honorable warrior who puts honor before reason, the Stalker could have lines akin to a creepy stalker and the Dark Templar just be a sneaky bastard.

Most SC2 units lack personality. Terran included.
I think the main problem is that everything sounds like noise. Once a big battle starts, you just start hearing noise, and not a lot of distinct sounds. When you play SC1, you can hear the distinct noise that Zerlings make or the crazy weird noise that Zealots make. Now, zealots make this slashing noise, zerlings make this slashing noise, roaches make this sloshing noise... it's all incredibly bland sound scape.
Sound design in SC1 was far superior, when a large number of siege tanks sieged up, you seriously had that anticipation of death. When SC2 siege tanks do the same, you barely even notice.

Is it just me, or does the Void Ray sound a lot like classic Zeratul?
Aaand sold.
Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow
Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?
The road's goal is the Origin of Being
But be wary through what thickets it winds.

Immortal: Sounds like "The Fallen" from Transformers 2. I actually like it alot
High Templar: Emotionless. He needs to sound more, angry.
Dark Templar: Trys too hard to be creepy XD. Plus, they are dark, not evil.
Zealot: Again, kinda emotionless. They are on the brink of extinction and are extremely prideful - they need anger and pride in their voice!
Stalker: Just ab-so-lut-ly perfect :P
This IS bliz, we know them well for being epic when they need to be. Just need to give it MORE time.
