What are the different ladder rankings?

I know there is copper, silver and platinum...does anyone know what all the rankings are in order?

Although I don't think pro is currently available in beta, or no one has gotten into it. David Kim was like 95-5 in Division 4 platinum last I knew. I played him once and things got ugly pretty fast :x
