No, you're not. Read like the one thread that's all about beta and you'll see that people with keys are still waiting for it. This first wave is most likely beta opt ins or something.

I imagine that they're rolling them out in stages, so that their servers don't get too slammed. Those of us with BlizzCon keys will likely get our downloads later in the day.

No, two of my friends I went to blizzcon 08 and 09 with actually god into the beta.
