I just got my key in my email attached to the contest I won. It says "You are receiving this email because you attended a special Blizzard Entertainment event, participated in a related contest or promotion, or have otherwise been selected to join the beta-testing process". So contest invites going out now too.

Do you know when or if SCL ever received keys to give out to the Aprils fools submissions?

I've heard from other staff that the e-mails of winners were given to Blizzard. So Blizzard should contact the winners themselves.

Mine was for the 500 Keys given out in the Twitter contest, fyi. It looks to me that all types of non-opt in keys are going out now.

If you are able to download SCII Beta client in your battle.net account page, congratz, you are in beta, if you can't or haven't got any of the guaranteed keys, just like me, forget about playing beta at least for a month.

Dude - you don't know any better than anyone else here about the whos and whens of getting into beta. You shouldn't throw out conjectures like this.
