well i dont belive that blizzard forgot to send out mails, i mean not a single person on the planet have recived a mail from blizzard. even those who are playing now :s

That's where it bleeds most.

You just have to desperately wait for an invite while people who didn't even went to Blizzcon/are contest winners/have known or played SC1 are playing the beta right now. And it's not like you will surely be chosen.

I took the time to write this specifically for this occasion, dammit!! - and after three years of waiting, its going somewhere better than a closed thread - althogh I should have posted yesterday...

(Caliban turns to eye his fine bottle of rare whiskey, and slowly reaches out his hand; the displacing air bubbles within are almost musical in tone as he handles its grace. Gently, he wipes the dust from its cracked and yellowed label, and tries to imagine the intensity of its rustic burn.....Then, growling under his breath - (in his best, 'Issac Hayes' voice) in anticipation of what is soon to be, the most patient of rewards...he mutters:

Can you link that please (I can't seem to find it?) I would like to get a head start on the DL while I wait for my Blizzcon email.

Sorry if people aren't supposed to be asking, but as far as I know it's the cracks/emulated stuff that's illegal? Nothing wrong with downloading the standard client, right? You can't do anything with it without an account.
