This is pure speculation, and since this is a speculation thread, want to throw this into the mix.

It could very well be today. All the pro structures who usually get beta keys just got them today, at least the french ones (aAa just did). I can't link irc chat as a source but I chill on the french irc where a lot of aAa including their manager talk and they confirmed that they got their keys this morning.
