No, the tempest had a weird shield and could only attack ground units and it had a model overhaul.
    Correction.

The Tempest had shields that only worked against ground attackers. It took armor damage from air units. It could attack either just fine.

Blizzard has just made again the biggest marketing plan...delaying the game, pulling off slowly content, selling stuff, and ironically, the more they changed their mind in release date, more people joined the frenzy wait for the game and almost no one from the initial queve left for good waiting for the game

Yeah, reavers were in the game for a short while, because people wanted them. I think they decided that the Colossus already did their job well enough already. Come to think of it, they had to change the Colossus a lot until it was able to do respectable splash damage.

Cobras are a thing of the past too. They reminded me too much of command and conquer. Hell, Soul Hunters reminded me too much of Red Alert with units getting promotions too. Thats back when I was worried about Dustin having too much of his influence from developing prior games.

And yeah! Zerg upgrades! I forgot about that too.

Firebats were in the game at one point though, so it might have been footage of the Firebat or of when Marauders had flame throwers. I heard the dying medic sound in the Zerg clip too, that was before they decided on having Medi-Dropships.

Spider Mines are gone, they lived for a while as a Vulkan (I think) construct, but were lost on the next one. We've also lost the Phase Cannon, the Stasis Orb/Star Relic, the Predator, the Starbase, most of the Queen's old abilities (and its upper stages) and Twilight Archon, and that's not counting the abilities and buildings.

Spidermines are still around. They've been given to the Zerg though, and called Banelings with Burrowed Detonate :P
