Beta forums possibly being worked on right now

What interests me is that Avarius posted in it well knowing it was open for viewing...and still infact is lol. Why leave it open?

There is an assumption that Avarius knew. What happens if no one was aware of it's public nature, as they're too busy working for each of their own deadlines and he was simply testing the posting functionality for testing completeness. If the Web Design is based in the EU operations, it would make sense to make one post on each forum for testing/data collection/debugging which could explain why English information is presented on a single forum we can see that doesn't use English as a base language.

Quite simply, they could not know and don't have time to read the forums/public sites as they're busy preparing other things.

Was this confirmed as a mistranslation ? I find it hard to believe beta invites will go out days before the actual beta, as they've never done that before. but if not a mistranslation...then that's awesome. maybe keys will come early this coming week Mon-Wed

I examined that blue post just now word by word. I'm going to update it as I found out something regarding google translate.

Gli inviti are the words in question. When you leave those words alone, it shows "Invitations" but if you take the other words in the sentence the term "invitation" changes to "calls".

For that reason I'm going back to edit in the correct term "invitations" to the original news post. I suspected that calls was a word that was one of many translations and this seems to be the case. Google simply misinterpreted the information in there.

Based on your own experience, is this something a company would do just a couple DAYS before release of a beta or a week or two?

My sources (whom are not associated with SCL, btw) tell me beta could be officially announced or even start as early as monday.
