I have a question, why do people think beta would ever be starting on a Friday? It means Blizzard would have to work the weekend. Like there'd be no ifs or buts, they'd have to.

nothing happens on saturdays and sundays at blizzard in terms of game updates/releases

When does Blizzard ever release anything early? If they say Feb 18th, we can expect it to occur anywhere from 11:59 pm that day until 1 year later.
