New BNet Preview video??

I'm encouraged to see the preview of BNET2 and hope that tomorrow will bring even more good news. As pointed out in another thread, BNET was cited as the reason beta was not out yet, so now that it's ready for testing, we can assume beta is as well.

I don't think there was any news stating that it was ready for testing. It was merely a page update on everything that they have planned for beta. The page doesn't necessarily mean that beta is fully functional now.

That's incorrect. Dustin Browder said that the game itself was ready to start being balance tested, but the battle.net 2.0 platform wasn't ready for testing yet.

Confirmed. Even as early as last May browder was saying in interviews that the game itself was ready for testing and they were waiting on battle.net.

That's not what they mean. That simply refers to being connected to Bnet2 even if you're playing single player, and (possibly) while using windows, without any games running. So you can still access your friends list and updates and stuff.

Bnet 2.0 is shaping up nicely, and it was a good update to the page - now whenever im trying to explain the new bnet to someone I can direct them there.
