The web team strikes again! Seriously...who's running the show over there? Don't they have development servers they can screw up instead of the live ones?

Someone should be documenting all of this so when we're all waiting on SC3 we can look back and say "This is taking forever! What was the SC2 beta like? OMG Only 3 years? Those guys had it lucky!"

Funny. I believe it was our own SCL that conserved all the old images from the original beta showing the progression of the game. I hope there's a highly thorough and detail-oriented staff member currently recording every misrepresented fact and false claim throughout this entire process so it can be reported back for those interested in the history of the development process.

Hmm...who on the staff would be suitable for such a task???

There was a forum member here who started a pretty large thread some time ago documenting all the visual and gameplay changes since the WWI announcement - Unfortunately, it has fallen off well into the necromancy stage...

I'm not getting too hyped up about all this, but I still think it makes more sense for them to announce the beta before the conference call, rather than during or after.

Thass tha one! - That was Nicol? - I just looked all over the place. (?) For some reason, I think there may even be another one - with actual visual comparisons and the like.

Did find this lil tidbit within the 'History' link...

This will be very useful for the "StarCraft II Evolution" article we want to do some day.
