I love the Mr--Jack look to the new model, but the Tentacle-eyes are kinda... odd (although it matches the original art). I miss the old Infested Terran face. I think with that it'd be perfect, cause it gives you the personal-type sense that this thing was once a Terran, before it was overtaken by the Zerg virus.

Hm Soldier, old face has pretty much one tentacle and this one has two, don't really see big difference except this one doesn't have "open" face. And btw those aren't tentacle eyes, I am pretty sure!

I've heard that same argument in the other Infested Terran thread.

I think in the portrait we'll get a closeup and see red eyes peeking out of the visor, similar to the original. The question is how many eyes will there be? :P

One of the things I lived about the face tentacle from before were the spines that came out of it, and how the Terran's face seems to be twitchy and uncomfortable. It also gives the idea that all the distorted speech is coming through this thing. (Meant to address this in my original post, but had to find & upload my own .gif of the face).



As long as we get a better view of the thing's face for the Portrait, I think it'll be fine. I just think that with the visor down, they look like Tentacle eyes right now (even though that's totally illogical). Either way, it's really nice to see the Zerg clearing up like this.
