    Yet, Frostmore is a sword dedicated to colect souls of its victims. Arthas slowly became evil, but his soul was lost since the moment he touched the Frostmore blade. So, what if arthas and Ner'zhul are both trapped withing Frostmore now. Aside from the spirit of his father there was no other assending for Arthas. Eventually, on the moment of his death, Arthas was told that this was not the end. Finally, Bolvar only took the Crown of the Damned so in some way, he is safe from Frostmore's will.

    This is Blizzard going, nudge nudge, wink wink, this is what happens to Kerrigan: she dies, and a hero makes the sacrifice to take her place. That "nude" painting of her? Her dieing moments before Raynor holds her in his arms, moments away from becoming the King of Blades. (Hey, the status quo must be maintained!)

    And, I'm sorry, did Lich King 2.0 call the other guy Tyrael?

    Aaand sold.

    Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
    The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow

    Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
    Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?

    The road's goal is the Origin of Being
    But be wary through what thickets it winds.

    Oh god I hope not...

    Bolvar will fight with Ner'zhul for all eternity - a struggle of wills if you will. He'll keep the Scourge there out of everyone's hair and he froze up so he couldn't move and so no one would be able to find him.

    Thank god. Thought they began recycling names from their other franchises.

    Yeah, seeing as how I've avoied Wow, I'm not totaly sure who the buring guy is, or his brother for that matter... or how Arthus dies. :P

    Sometimes I wish they carryed on the story as an RTS- though wow has brought Blizzard uncontested success.

    Back with all gun's blazing.

    I'm disappointed this is all they could come up with, it's Diablo spliced into Warcraft, but post-cataclysm it gives potential for WC4, which will inevitably lead to WoW 2.

    EDIT: you can see in the beginning Frostmourne is shattered, maybe something pre-cinematic indicated that Ner'zhul transferred to the helm or was weakened so that the flaming-fellow could use the helm to control the Scourge without succumbing to use the power more aggressively.

    Post Cataclysm they still have South Seas and Emerald Dream expansions.

    They pretty much planned a 5 year thing with an expansion per year, mentioned in one of the blizzcons. WoW2 isn't coming for a while, especially with their high-end MMO still in progress. The most you'll probably see is graphical updates with each expansion, but not a full new game.
