I believe that the Disruptor will be getting changed. There is a lot of potential for forcefield, and I think Blizz will find it being used in ways they did not expect.
The funny thing about this signature is that you don't realize I have just wasted three seconds of your life until you reach the end.

I suspect Spawn Larvae and Proton Charge will be greatly changed. The former might need a complete "rewrite" since it doesn't directly provide minerals and the only smart thing to do with them is make drones. (So why not "spawn drones" instead?)

You can use the larva to make any unit. Spawn larva is a massive production boost for either economy or military.
If zerg play/expand anything like they do in SC:BW then this production should definitely lead to a decent income increase; more production means zerg doesn't have to sacrifice as much drone production to maintain an adequate army. In SC:BW zerg hardly ever get anywhere near saturation because of army production and more expansions.

It's about versatility.
Using the extra larva on drones is probably the standard, economically smart move. On the other hand, if your opponent expects you to drone up those extra 12 hydralisks or w/e in the early to mid-game can do some serious damage.

Worth what? Spawning larva isn't exactly the most onerous thing in the world. And there's no point in having all those Drones if you don't have enough larva to produce stuff from them.Yes but it only seems worth it if you make drones.
Early game Zerg play in SC1 was essentially larva-starved. Zerg players had to squeeze out a few Drones here and there, because they needed to use that larva on real units. Now that they can have faster larva spawn, they'll be able to rely less on out-expanding the enemy early-game, and they'll be able to produce workers more consistently than they used to.
