That hole in the upper hull is too gaping, make it just a regular line (like it is as the bow). The 'bridge' looks like it's attached to the hull by just the loops, give it a more solid attachment.
GnaReffotsirk's new design is good, the Carrier looks sleek, but without being glitzy.

I did a crude photoshop and added windows; I think it helps to add some feeling of mass to the carrier/make it feel like an actual capital ship.

I think it looks great. While I always hope Blizzard could do better, I'd be content with that shipping.
Ah, minus the windows. Nice effort, but a minor detail that honestly won't really be noticed.

hmm, well I personally thought it would help give it a sense of scale. windows on sci-fi capital ships are pretty common, as can be seen in star wars, star trek, and even the battlecruiser.

Windows on a starship are counter-intuitive, they weaken the structure, let in radiation, and there's rarely anything good to look at. Besides, windows on a Protoss ship look out of place.

Aaand sold.
Be it through hallowed grounds or lands of sorrow
The Forger's wake is bereft and fallow
Is the residuum worth the cost of destruction and maiming;
Or is the shaping a culling and exercise in taming?
The road's goal is the Origin of Being
But be wary through what thickets it winds.
